– Wrong Food Habit:
Irregular and not good food habit also effects on health, age and people’s appearance. To consume much junk food means to become a old and sick soon. Rather the junk food, fruits and green vegetables is good for health and physical appearance. Many people loves to have a oily, sweat, hot and sour food which is not good for health.

– Cold Drinks:
Consume less cold drinks as far as possible. Cold drinks will only give you an early aging and bad health. You will be losing your youths at young age with much cold drinks.

– Smoking:
The smoke of a cigarette is very harmful for health. Even the nearby sitting of smoking people will give the bad effects on health. Smoking gives you a many sickness along with skin problem which will bring the aging soon.

– Exercise:
The regular exercise will give lots of positive benefits for health. It will circulates the blood in proper way and give the rid from fatigue problem. It also provides the deep sleep which will keep the body young and healthy.

– Stress:
The human body will show the reaction from continuous stress. People starts to look old and unhealthy with regular stress.To satay away from this have a regular exercises and drink plenty of water.
