1. Fried foods:
Eating more fried foods posses Acrylamide named elements which decrease the chance of baby in male and there will be the risk of cancer as well. Boiled food contains less Acrylamide so boiled food is good for health.

2. Red Meat:
We love to eat the red meat. But eating such meat might cause cancer. Eating the meat which is done barbecue or sausage has the risk of causing cancer. You shouldn’t eat red meat more than 1 gram on a day.

3. Salt:
You shouldn’t eat more than 6 gram salt in a day. This doesn’t only increases the blood pressure or heart attack but it might cause cancer as well.

4. Meat with fat:
You should avoid the meat with fat or those items that is made of the animals fat like cheese, butter. This sort of food has the high risk of cancer. You can eat fish instead of meat.

5. Cigarettes and Alcohol:
If you are addicted to alcohol than you shouldn’t drink more than 2 peck per day. Drinking more can cause cancer on gallbladder, mouth and breast and smoking a lot might cause lungs cancer.
