Dehydration
From the food we eat many water we lost. When we eat the food that is grilled or fried the more blood and water is required. Even col-drinks makes you cool for some time but it absorbs the water later. So in summer eating the food that contains fat, sour should be avoided.

High Blood Pressure
When people are suffered from high blood pressure, the body gets hot compared to other person or condition. In summer the body excretes more sweat and urine which decreases the level of water in the body. So the person with high blood pressure feels more tired during summer.

Lack of sleep
The night of summer is really hard. We cannot sleep due to the hot temperature. We use fan whole night and we feel tired the next day. The air of fan dries the water of the body so that you will feel eye burn, mouth gets dry and feels like you didn’t sleep.

We need to care small things to escape from summer. Like you shouldn’t wear the dress with less length, don’t wear the black cloth, carry umbrella, take water along with you, drink lemon water in the morning etc.
