But, the research of scientists have found that the turmeric helps to reduce the weight of body and fat. A test done in 2009 by USDA found a result of reduced weight and fat volume in rat with the turmeric,when the same food without turmeric increases the weight of rat rather than decreasing.

Probably all know that the human physical systems is almost same as of rat. There will be difficult in decreasing the obesity problem, if the body is having any kind of irritation, pain, or disturbance in any physical system. Therefore, consume turmeric to relieve irritation and internal and reduce the obesity.

This will gradually affects on other healthy molecule too.
