Nepal national football team striker Bimal Gharti Magar’s 17-year-old sister has been found murdered at Bhanunagar in Bardaghat Municipality-8 of Nawalparasi district on Wednesday night.Acting President of the All Nepal Football Association (ANFA) Narendra Shrestha confirmed the death of Manisha Gharti Magar.According to DSP Arjun Ranabhat at the Nawalparasi District Police Office, Manisha was found dead at her room this morning.It has been learned that she was alone in the house when the incident took place.Bimal Gharti Magar with sister Manisha This undated file photo of Bimal Gharti Magar and his sister Manisha was received from one of their kin.Manisha and her mother were living in the house. However, her mother had gone to Butwal for some tasks. The mother had returned home this morning to find the dead body of her only daughter on the bed.She had instantly called police after noticing some bloodstains on the bed sheet. Police said bruises were seen on her throat. Meanwhile, Bimal is currently in Belgium for treatment of his leg. After being informed of the incident, he is scheduled to reach Kathmandu on Friday.The body has been sent to the Tribhuvan University Teaching Hospital in Kathmandu for autopsy.
