There the doctor asks her to sit down and tell him what her problem is. She sits down and says that she wants to add another hole. The doctor gets sh0*cked and asks her where she wants to add a hole. She looks at the doctor in his eyes and says that she wants to add a hole where her another hole is.
The doctor gets sh0*cked and asks why. She says that her business has been getting bigger so she wants to add another hole to make it even better. The doctor gets sh0*cked and faints.
