Acting on information from locals, police had found Manisha (17) dead at her house on Thursday morning. Police, quoting locals, said Manisha and Ashish, a friend of Bimal, were lovers. A police official involved in the investigation told Onlinekhabar, quoting villagers: The two were lovers. The boy’s family had accepted their affair, but the girl’s family had not. Police are investigating the case, taking Ashish as the main suspect. In course of investigation, Ashish’s mother told police three boys had come to drop her son home on Wednesday night.
