For the healthy teeth you need to eat proper healthy diets. We all know that eating sweets in more number affects the teeth. But we are not aware about the food that is beneficial for teeth.

1. Cheese
Cheese contains calcium and phosphorus that is required for the enamel development on teeth. This activates the calcium and helps to make the teeth strong.

2. Green tea
Green tea k!lls the bacteria that is in teeth. This also makes the enamel strong. This also helps to get rid from the bad breathe problem. Due to green tea there will be no chance of germs in the teeth.

3. Carrot
Carrot protects the teeth in two ways

The juice that comes out from the mouth dispose the acid.
Similarly there will be the massage in the teeth so that the lifespan of the teeth increases and the teeth gets healthy.

4. Kiwi
Kiwi contains vitamin-c that makes the saliva strong and helps to prevent the saliva from swelling.

5. Broccoli
In broccoli there will be vitamin-a, c, calcium and phosphorus that makes the teeth healthy.
