Effects of dehydration on body
1. Bad Breath:
In our busy lives we forget to drink water. When your co workers go away from you and your breath stinks that is only when you realize that you have not drank water.

2. Lack in stamina:
When body is dehydrated, body’s stamina decreases . The stamina of body decreases by 10%, when only 2% of water lacks in body.

3. Dry skin:
For healthy, glowing skin drinking a lot of water is required . It is also very important to use moisturizers on skin.

4. Driving ability gets affected:
It was written in an article published by a journal called Physiology and Behavior that being dehydrated results in lack of concentration while driving.

5. Tiredness:
Low blood pressure, increase in pace of heart and lack of blood flow in brain is caused due to lack of water in body. This results in tiredness. Dehydration also promotes weakness in muscles.

6. Bad mood:
Dehydration does not only affect us physically but also in a mental way. It was mentioned in an article published in journal of nutrition that dehydration makes people angry, lazy, sad. It also results in lack of concentration in work.

7. Cools body down:
Water present in blood helps to maintain the temperature of body by keeping it warm. Dehydration results in more excretion of warm blood which makes body cold.

8. Problem in vision:
Dehydration affects blood circulation in muscles and a new study has shown that it also affects circulation of blood in brain.. Which results in problem in vision.

9. Headache:
According to doctors amount of serotonin is developed because of dehydration . Serotonin is known to cause headaches. So it is better to drink a glass of water during headache.

10. Constipation:
Water is required for digested food to pass in intestine. When people do not drink water the water from food in intestine get absorbed by body and it becomes hard. Which causes constipation.
