Red meat or say goat meat, beef, pork, sheep contains fatty acid in high amount. The fatty acid effects more than the cholesterol in the meat. Because inside body fatty acid gets mixed with cholesterol and harmful oily products is formed. So while eating meat you need to be careful about fat. Adult and the old aged people mostly gets problem due to red meat. Most of the society and culture gives priority to red meat.

So in this condition you need to focus on diets. You need to be careful while cooking the meat as well. The fat you see on the meat should be thrown away and you need to keep less oil while cooking the meat. Grilled, bake and boil meat contains less fat.

Similarly the part of the meat like heart, liver, lungs etc can be used in different dishes. This meat contains cholesterol, vitamin a, d, e and some vitamin b as well. Liver is good source of iron and on this the dirty elements are gathered so it is better not to eat this. Similarly eating the meat like sausage can cause cancer. Red meat is good source of protein and this is not good for health but it can be eaten sometimes.

White meat means chicken, duck and many other birds’ meat. This type of meat is good source of protein and it contains less oil. The parts of the meat in the bird is different and can be made different dishes and the fat in this body is different. The chest meat of turkey contains 18% fat and the same part of the body in chicken contains 24% fat. Similarly the chicken with skin of the leg, feather, thigh contains more cholesterol and calorie. Cooking it on less oil taking out the skin will decrease the fatty acid. If the meat is cooked as grilled, baked than the skin can be taken out while eating. So the sausage made from the birds meat is also unhealthy.

With the types of the bird the fat level also differs. The meat of duck contains more fat. Where the ostrich and pigeon contains less fat, cholesterol and calorie. Choosing the way if cooking style will be good for health. The birds who are grown in healthy environment is good for health.

Fish are more healthy and contains more nutrition than meat. If possible include fish two times a week on your food. This contains less fatty acid and the vitamin elements are more in number. This contains vitamin b1, b3, b6 and vitamin d and it also contains phosphorus, iodine, selenium, potassium and except this it contains omega 3 as well.

Some of the fish contains high cholesterol so it is not included in the food but the fatty acid is low so you don’t need to stay away from fish. So while cooking, cutting you need to be careful so that the harmful elements will get away. Omega 3 increases the good cholesterol so this is good for health. This also helps to reduce the heart problems. Eating fish regularly helps to get rid from the heart problem.
