If you drink the grapes juice adding honey than it will make the blood pure as well as helps to increase the memory.

4. Peanuts and Honey or Milk: Honey is not available every time so keep the peanuts on the water for that night and in the morning grind it and drink it with milk or with the honey. This will improve the digestive system as well as increase the memorizing power.

5. Milk and honey: Drink 1 glass of milk with honey. This is very beneficial as well as it increases the memorizing power.
