Most of the Nepalese people has the habit of sleeping after having food. That is sue you will get good sleep after having food but that is affecting you in a negative way. Acidity, gastric, fatness and heart-attack is caused due to this habit.
What happens if you sleep after having food?

If some people are suffering from gastric and acidity for them the world health organization has suggested to sleep only after 3 hours. Because sleeping turning upward after having food for such person, there will be the risk of neck cancer.

Fatness And Gastric
If people are not suffering from acidity and gastric than doctor suggest to sleep just 90 minutes after you sleep. When we sleep our digestive system works slow than normal time. Not only this process but also the other process of the body works slow due to which body needs less energy in the day time. When we sleep after eating food the gastric level increases. This causes chest burn, without any reason you sleep will get disturbed, your empty feels like it is full and the sour water comes through the mouth.

People who sleep after having food suffers from laziness while waking up. While sleeping there will be re-construction inside our body so for this you will need sufficient oxygen and blood. So the people who sleeps after having food than all the energy is wasted on digestion. So while waking up you will feel body pain, headache, hangover etc.
Similarly the gastric and the fatness of the body decreases the health condition so that they cannot work actively the whole day.
