How to do this yoga?
Keep the mat on the floor and sit on the step like padmasan or sidasan. Firstly take the tongue out from the mouth and give the tongue the round shape.

Make the tongue like the pipe shape and take the sir from it and close the mouth once the stomach is filled. Hold the breathe for few minutes and take it out from the nose after some time. Remember that you need to exhale slow than inhaling. You can do this process for 10 to 50 times.

This type of people shouldn’t do this.

This yoga shouldn’t be done by asthma and blood pressure patient.
