New rules in football

In the history of football the new rules is been addressed. This new rule will be practiced from June 2016. This rules will not be applied in COPA America and Euro cup because it is been made before passing it to the competitors.
1. Not allowed to give the penalty pass:
There was no rules to give the tie braker penalty pass but now in the penalty of the game the pass is not allowed. Some time ago Barcelona player Messi gave pass to his team mate Luis during penalty. But now yellow card will be given to the player who will pass the ball and opponent team will get the chance to free kick. Similarly if the goal keeper comes ahead the front line than he will give the yellow card as well.
2. Fall continuously than out of the game:
Until now if someone does the fall inside their box than there was a rule accordingly but now the player will be sent out of the ground. But when the fall happens while controlling the ball than the player will get yellow card.
